Marina
Logistics Manager
The logistics department is at the end of the supply chain, so it is very important to finish everyone’s hard work on a high note and that is what I focus on every day.
Abilities like being flexible and being able to adapt to unforeseen situations are very important, as both production and means of transportation can have sudden changes.
Working in logistics is a combination of attention to detail and not losing sight of the big picture, which I think also applies to perfumery. It is the sum of all particles what renders a good product, but at the same time every detail is important.

Petra
Marketing Manager
My way of working professionally also reflects who I am personally. I like to add this little personal touch. So professionally speaking, I think you can clearly see a combination of my Dutch nationality and my zodiac sign, which is Leo, almost Virgo. This results in somebody who is not afraid of challenges, loyal, honest, trustworthy, independent, but likes to connect, with a passionate and positive spirit, always trying to find a win-win situation.
What I find so intriguing about Fragrance Science is the balance between the emotional, almost intangible part of fragrance and the more rational and scientific part. Where passion and creativity meet technology.
